In unveiling the organizational structure and core values of the CBHA’s 2016 High Performance division, the CBHA hopes to communicate to its athletes, Member Provinces and new players that 2016 will see a dedicated continuation of the CBHA’s responsibilities toward the development of our sport. 

Communication of the core values of the High Performance Program is critical in ensuring that the CBHA is transparent in its expectations of both our elite and amateur athletes, and the staff that support them toward their goals.
