Men's Masters Team Canada - Equipment Manager Position
2014-02-11The 2014 ISBHF World Masters Championships are taking place from September 18-21, 2014 in Tampa Bay, Florida and the CBHA is currently accepting applications from organized individuals interested in taking on the role of Equipment Manager.
Equipment Managers must be able to travel and be prepared to be away before, during and after the tournament dates. Please note this is not a paid position but all your travel and accommodation costs will be covered.
Responsibilities of the Equipment Manager:
• Compiles and maintains inventory for all equipment for the team
• Collects all equipment supplies prior to travel within budget
• Tests and makes minor repairs to all players equipment prior to tournament
• Set up and maintain team dressing rooms
• Responsible for all water bottles
• On the bench for all team games
Qualifications:
• Experience repairing all types of player/goalie equipment
• Experience laying out team dressing rooms in a clean and orderly manner
• Knowledge of ball hockey/hockey
• Ability to travel the dates outlined
• Ability to attend pre-travel email and conference call communications
