CBHA Adult and Minor Referee in Chief’s Announced

Darsh Grewall from New Westminster, BC has been refereeing the highest level in BC for many years and currently serves as the BC Technical Director. Darsh has refereed in 13 CBHA national championships, has proudly represented Canada and India at 6 ISBHF World Mens/Womens Championships as well as the 2014 ISBHF Caribbean Cup, and served as the RIC for the ISBHF World Juniors in 2011. Darsh is an excellent referee on the slab and an amazing leader off the slab, always taking the time to listen and answer questions in a respectful and thoughtful way. The CBHA is very happy to have Darsh on board to continue his amazing work as the Adult RIC for a two year term.
Iain Hollett from St. John's, Newfoundland & Labrador has been the RIC for the Newfoundland & Labrador Ball Hockey Association since 2011 and has been an RIC for three CBHA events.
Along with being Newfoundland's representaive on tthe CBHA'a Technical Committee since its inception. On the floor Iain has refereed 3 ISBHF World Championships, 6 CBHA A level National Championships, 1 CBHA Eastern Regionals and numerous provincial and other championships.
Both Darsh and Iain look forward to the next two years leading the CBHA Technical Committee and CBHA Membership to bring officiating in ball hockey to its highest level across Canada.
